If I might suggest. I think it would be great if the location was accessible for a standard car. No crazy dirt roads or washes.

And, I am figuring the temps will be hellish,, a comp spot with decent hotels (no sketchy ones:ror:) near by would be cool.

All your comments are welcome and will be taken into consideration. As far as weather high 90's nothing above 100 degrees but we can wait one month and hit 100+ for sure.
