Have you contacted Integy? I'm sure that they can tell you exactly how to mount them.....probably even send you pictures.

They should have come with some 12mm splined hexes that fit into the adapter and replace the stock clod hex. next, you slide them onto the outer axle. put on the wheel, and screw the bolt in like normal on the wheel. it tightens it all together. I had to use some washers to shim my bolts so that they did not wobble. make sure to put a little loctite on the bolt. mine came loose after a little bit of running. good luck.
