ok the reason you truck likes to flip while climbing is because you center of gravity (cog) is to high this can be fixed by putting a split pack on the front axle. the reason why it is slippping is because the stock ax10 tires arnet that great. buy some losi clawz or m3 badlands or hammers. the articulation can be gaind through modding your sidplate.
hope this helps and have fun.

Jeff.

i put some weight on the front axle and i took the foams out of the tires.i also changed the position of the 3 link rod on the third hole on the chassis and now is much better.

I went and took the stock foams out of the lizards and drilled a small hole to let air out when driving over an obstacle. Made a HUGE difference in traction.

Star cut your foams. I wouldn't take them out. Use the search feature to see how others cut their foams. I also drill two small holes in all my wheels, that helps alot.

Thank you for the advice! I was wondering some of this as well. Gonna order the split battery on axle too!

Did the holes and foam mod help on the stock tires? or do those mods on most tires?

Default Scorpion RTR also

I also have a scorpion and was wondering how much steering did you loose when you put the parts in?

Does your steering servo make a single click noise every now and then when making a wide turn?

Talking

i found a cheap solution. i took an old battery case from a radio(8 bateries flat and i put it on the top of my servo.i cut the sides so my battery can fit but make sure it doesnt touch on the wheels.this way i have the battery weight on the front and believe me i got almo0st 80 degrees climbing yesterday.i olso cut my foams from the middle and i made a small hole on the wheels.much better.i hope that helps you.as for the servo no problem yet.if you want remove the servo saver.
