Default Droop Setup - Sprung Setup - What The ?

I'm new to this whole crawling thing (obviously) - and I just read some folks talking about a "droop setup" and a "sprung setup" - what does that mean?

in a droop set up, the rig sits with the shock compressed and the axle drops away from the chassis. in a sprung setup, the shocks are extended and the tires/axle comes UP to the chassis. a semi droop setup will allow the axle to rotate without raising or lowering, providing a more stable ride, but harder to setup and get right.

Generally most people run a spring inside a shock setup for droop so it extends in a controlled manor. Semi dropp usually you have a internal and external spring that kinda fight each other to control ride height and the way it reacts. Obviously oil is used in all setups.
