Mamba 25 and revolver programming

Hi. Im having some trouble programming my mamba 25. I dont understand the part that says to plug the battery in and then the mamba lights up without having the switch on. Nothing happens until i turn on the switch. So that means im not able to program it. Also im running a holmes revolver. If anyone has these products i would appreciate your help with programming. Thanks.

I may be mistaken ,but I think you need the castle link and software to program the Mamba 25.

Ya i thot that 2 but thats only for more precise settings. i actually just figured it out. I just needed another hand. Thanks alot for your support.
