Default Motor rotation

Looking at the pinion what is the normal way for it to spin , counter clockwise?

Depends on how your tranny and axles rotate. Swap the wires or rotate the endbell 180* (mark the origional position first) and you will get reverse rotation.

yes , normal rotation is always CC unless it specifically says Reverse Rotation or someone does what Rob said.
