Default msd topgun with rock claws

is this a good combo? how about the foams. do i need to cut or put holes on the standard foam that comes with the rock claws

It's a great combo. I've used that exact combo for quite some time now - I use Kreepy red foams in the front with 3 1/2 oz in each and Kreepy pinks in the rear with no added weight. I drill two 3/32 holes in each wheel. You will find everyone does something different - this works for me (took 2nd in state with this) - its a good starting point - change it to suit where & how you drive and the surface you drive on most.
