Default Another AX10 shock question

I just got the kit and it's my first time putting together any kind of kit. I filled the shocks according to the instructions, but they seem really stiff even without the springs. They'll fully extend on their own when pushed in. I know on my Savage the shocks are loosey goosey compared to these. Any ideas? Does it sound right? I really have no clue as to how the shocks should act on the scorpion, but I imagined they weren't as stiff.

just take alittle shock oil out of them
loosen up the cap a little and push the shock up about midway. it should do the trick

i agree

you might also want to think about changing those stock springs out asap also
if my memory serves me correctly the kit comes w/ the super firm set of springs
