Default new here from houston

ive had my ax10 rtr for a couple of months now, and just found this site.
the only things i have done to it is convert all the plastic suspension and steering over to aluminum, cut the tire foams, install the locker, change to the 12t pinion, and put some soft (red) springs on it. what are other low budget mods to do? what is a good all around motor? i like having the wheel speed of the 27t, but want a little more torque. i use my ax10 for a lot of crawling and some bashing around. any suggestions? thanks in advance.
