Default what is it ??? clod ?

ok i have the chance to get a real clean truck.
it has a few extras, and as you can see in the pics, looks really nice.

i have a few questions.

1. what is it ???
2. (if within guidelines of forum) what would something like this be worth ?
3. would this be considered a 2.2 truck ?

i know its got a set of huuuge tires that i wouldnt really want to have around on my trucks, unless its 4+ inches of snow

thanks all in advance...
and oh yea... this crawling bug does bite as someone once said when i first joined here....
... welcome to your newest addiction.

Yes it's a Clod, and yes it is a 2.2(those tires are IMEX ALL-T's). As for price, haven't a clue.

Looks like a CPE or a Rockbull chassis? Seems like its setup to just be a basher. The wheelbase may be a bit too long for comp use, but looks like fun none the less. Also looks to have a Novak Super Rooster, cheap radio gear, and stock clod tamiya silver can motors that are 27 turn as far as I know. Like I said, looks like a great basher.

That's a RC GUY Gecko chassis and links. As it sits, it's probably a better basher than crawler. As far as pricing, if you're getting everything that's pictured including two sets of aluminum wheels, $150-$200 is a steal.

thanks all for the replies.

yes everything in the pics is along.
the two extra sets of wheels, and the charger as well.
the body was a bit rugged, and coulda used a newbie.

so for 150-200 for all of that...
how much of a "steal" is it ???

this truck isnt quite what i wanted but would be a great start i take it.

That is setup as a 2.2 but it is not legal for competition. Both the wheel base and the track width will have to be brought to within 12.5 inches.

For help you can go HERE.

Or you could always turn it into a super, then you can do what ever you want.

wow that link is enough to keep me busy for a while.
thanks.

i dont think i am going to be entering any comps soon, there are way too many skilled guys with awesome rigs around here to be bringing my rtr ax10, and now the heep and try and get a spot on the boxes.
i did notice that the stearing is a bit strange, seems so be binding on itself ?
thanks again.

Don't be afraid to show up to comps. You may not want to compete, but I'm sure they'll let you try so that you can get an idea of what it's like. Plus they could help steer you in the right direction for what works best in your local terrain.
