Default rims n' tires

Are there bead lock specific tires for bead lock rims?
Or do all 1.9 tires fit both 1.9 bead lock and 1.9 non bead lock rims?
Thanks from a super noob!

1.9-1.9 2.2-2.2
Most of the time, some wheels hold the beads better than others.

Just make sure that the inside diameter of the tire (which is how most manufacturers identify the tire) matches the outside diameter of the rim (which, again, is how most manufacturers identify the rim).
