Default noob question sbout droop?

what IS droop? as far as i can figure out its running with no springs and letting the tires fall as they may into the "holes" or whatever. i see guys running what they say full droop that still have springs on there shocks so will some one please explain this set up to me plz?

Droop can have internal springs in the shocks or no springs at all. Simply it means the shocks extend to articulate instead of compressing.

Its all about driver preferance but the reason for running droop is to get the COG down as low as possable. I run a hustler2.2 and it is droop with 2.25" belly clearance. If I were to run it sprung it would be more like 3.25" belly clearance and I wouldn't be able to keep the rubber side down. Both setups have there advantages and disadvantages.
