There are many for sale but I can't figure out what it is and why I (perhaps) should want some. It's neither a tube made of beef nor tube to be used with beef. That much I have figured out...
Beef tube is a tube that goes inside your axle to strengthen the plastic, chub threads, and add weight low.

Far as I know slw stands for super light weight. As in an older style of wheel that vanquish made. Now the hubs from those wheels have become almost a standard and can be made to work with a lot of other wheels for durability.

brushless motors, before brushless motors and lithium batteries we used brushed motors exclusively and some still prefer brushed in their crawlers. a web search should explain the difference between the two if you want to know the how's and why's and other technical details, but the short answer is, it referrers brushless motors and the ESC's to power them

I spend a lot of my time here in the Vaterra section. I keep seeing the abbreviation RULR. Can't figure out what it stands for. Anyone know?

That's what I thought. Thanks for the clarification!

This can overdrive one end of the rig compared to the other end. Both ends/ESC's are driven, just at different rates.
Can anyone give other (1) functional examples of mixing and (2) how it's used in setup on a Tx? I've had a hard time finding useful info on this topic. Thanks in advance.

In the mini/micro section "TT" is used a lot, is that standing for Trail Trekker - the OG Losi mini crawler? Sometimes it seems to fit, other times... not so much. TIA!

Searched this thread using the search tool and I wasn't able to find the term "Roller". What does this refer to in RC trucks? Seems like it's a type of setup like "crawler" and "rock racer" are but I couldn't find any further context.

A roller or rolling chassis typically refers to an R/C with no electronics but is otherwise complete. I've added an example below

A 60/ 40 setup means shorter links in the front/ longer links in the rear... effectively putting 60% of the mass ( or weight) up front. Helps with traction on ascents.
