Please help me with a new NOVAK glitch

I have a Rooster Crawler (serial number C), Futaba 3PM FM radio, and 35 turn HH motor. I have used this set up for almost a year now with zero glitching.

Yesterday at our comp, I was on a difficult gate. The wheels would spin, catch, then bind. I'm pretty sure that two times, when it bound up, my truck hissed... but not like an air hiss.

From that gate on, I have had a horrible glitch. Not occasional, but almost continuous... and it is throttle and both servos.

While it is glitching, I can cut the radio off and it stops. If it isn't glitching, I can touch the truck or tap it and make it glitch.

Does it sound like a crystal? Or does it sound like I fried the Rooster somehow?

I have reset the ESC a couple of times with no change. I have changed out the reciever to a different one and nothing changed.

If you have any suggestions, please help.

Sounds like a crystal or Radio problem to me. Can you get a set of crystals from anyone to try?

Are you running a battery pack to your RX? If so check the batteries first, make sure they are charged or good. If that's not it do like he said, try a new crystal and see what happens.

Thanks. Yeah that's what I'm leaning toward. I don't have a local source, so I guess I'll order some up from Tower. While I'm at it I might just order a Tekin ESC too.
