|  trinity no solder leads

I don't think your going to find anything Trinity at HD or Lowes. Why don't you just direct solder to your motor? |

I wasnt asking if I could find the whole lead at home depot, just the connector on the end that connects to the motor tab. Everytime I solder directly to the tab it ends up comming off. I guess im just doing something wrong.

Yep, you are. Try getting the motor tab hot first. Hot enough to hold shiny solder. Then get the wire hot and shiny solder-ful also. Then put the two together, and hold the soldering iron on top of the wire until the two meld together and burn your fingers holding the wire. Roll it back and forth just a little to help them meld together, then keep holding it until it stays.

Don't use stake on or spade terminals. Sharpen your soldering skills up until you get it to work. Current flows better through soldered wires than through terminal connections. Every splice you make up with connectors adds to the resistance in your circuit. Use them sparingly only if you must!!!  |
