| micro crawler?
Has anyone seen a micro 4x4 converted to a crawler? I've been searching around, and haven't had any luck.

Get a 1/24th static model, make some servos work as a drivetrain and steering. Get creative with the rest.

ive done a couple xmods crawlers great fun but for a motor run a micro servo instead alot more crawling potential. not much luck with wheels and tires so u dont stick to the rocks all that well but for desk crawling i had a blast.

Yes, I have a custom x-mod crawler. I use monster jam Diecast monster truck wheels. just glued the wheelwell on to the original rims. (TRUCK X-Mod). Then i custom mounted a servo as the engine and cut the inner axle to spin 180 Degrees. And put in the 4x4 mod at radioshack or any hobbie store and i was good to go!
