Default Battery for ax 10 rtr with novak

What battery do you reccomend that will fit next to the servo on the front that will go good with a novak 55 and a novak rooster esc.

If you're like me and you aren't ready for LiPo packs, then I would recommend the Elite 1500 NiMh packs that are offered in various configurations to fit on top of the axle, assuming you've got a battery/servo mounting plate that can accept them. Have a peak at these, just to give you an idea of whats out there.

I know many run LiPo packs now, but they require a balancer, a charger that can handle them, and a little more care when it comes to running, discharging, and charging them. They tend to be a little more expensive too, but the advantage is more power with less weight, and sometimes longer run times, which depends on the capacity of the pack, naturally.

Does the elite still give it some torque?
