Question Tekin FX-R question

I put a Tekin FX-R esc and a Tekin 55t motor on my RTR AX10,turn the motor around. It goes faster in reverse than it does foward,it this normal? Also ever so often it will throw a fit jerking back and forth on it's own.
Anyone have this problem?

Throttle trim on the radio in the middle? Did you program the ESC?

The stuttering is probably because of the cheapie radio they include. You need to make sure your antenna is away from everything, and also that all your wires are run as cleanly as possible.
