Lost my Star?

I bought a membership yesterday and even saw my green star next to my name but after the server fix my star is gone! Anyone else have this problem? Who do I contact? Thanks

Up near the top of the page go to the Private messages.

On the left side there is text that says send new message.

Type Badger in the recipents box "thumbsup"
