New to crawlin...1st build details and suggestions wanted
 

gettin ready to put my 1st crawler... Ive been on a bit of a break from RC so to say..been running nitro trucks for years, was spending way to much racing truggies and monster trucks and for a bit dabbled in planes and heli's...work, family and my 1:1 jeep took all my time and money eventually....but now its cold outside and im bored: Time to build a crawler!
Just picked up an Axial AX10 ARTR
I plan on running it with a DX6 that I already have(still have to mod it), I also have a couple JR9000t hi-torque servos laying around as well....
Just looking for thoughts on motor/esc... I want alot alot of torque but I also want to have a topspeed of more than 3 miles per hour...motor and gearing suggestions?(long run time is also a good thing)
Thoughts on rear steer? dig options? Im sure eventually ill try both.. seems like I have enough radio to play with to do everything a comp level rig would need..Like I said any thoughts/ input/ set up tricks would be appreciated. Pics once I get it going."thumbsup"
