What is the best esc for my axial artr and the best steering servo thanks any help

I would start by reading some of the electronics section on this forum.

One thing you will have to decide is brushless or brushed moter to narrow your choices for an ESC. Good luck!"thumbsup"

there really isnt a best, but best for your use/terrain ect... so whats your budget? you can drop around 400 into a good ESC/Motor/Steering servo setup.
or you can get as low as 100.00 for new, or less if used.

Most people are using an ESC with adjustable drag brake like Tekin FXR or Castle Mamba Max. Both are good esc's and allow for a lot of adjustment to suit your needs and driving style.

As far as servo,,,, the more you spend the better. There are some servos in the $30 - $50 range that will work (Hitec 645 is one of the least expensive ways to go). Personally I would not recomend going with a servo in that range. Most of us that have been crawling for a while have found that the less expensive servos don't hold up as long as the better ones though.

Any of the high torque (300oz plus) servos from Hitec or JR are a good bet. They are going to be over $100 but well worth the money. The gears are stronger and they have lots of power. A couple of years ago I spent as much as a good servo costs on inexpensive servos plus gearsets to replace broken gears. After getting frustrated with broken gears etc. I finally spent the money on a good strong servo. I have not had a problem since.
