| Proper weight question...well sort of...
I've been thinking today whether I want to go with a tuber or a scaler, and than I got to thinking which one would actually be better weight wise for the rig. Which one would be?

the occasionaly top heavey weight of a tuber can be typically compensatd for with some wheel weights or smart setup of your battery and elects. but obviously it will vary a bit by tuber depending on if its solid or tube, or a combo of. from what i have seen here on the forum and in person (i dont own one) the Edge can be a good unit, but like any tuber, requires a bit more attention to setup for a smooth rig with a good balance. but for ease of setup and balance, where weight is considered, a comp rig type chassis usally has a bit of a cog advantage over the typical tuber. and getting a good balance out of a tuber isnt nearly as impossible as some would think it is. yea its tricky but very possible. this is balanced only on the rear two tires, and i would estimate is holding it at around an 80* angle, mabye a Tad bit less, but not very much.
