Its a Tamiya Clod Buster based rig. The Bumper / Servo mount is most likely from Thundertech. The chassis looks to be either homemade or possibly (not sure) a Tweaked Racing chassis, made of G10, and the truck looks to be very much old school (early 90's?) Awesome purchase for $35. ya ive already started working on it i bought wheels, tire, and adapter/spacers and im also custom making a chassis thats about 3 inches longer
