Default My Rockcrawler

I have a basic Nitto rockcrawler that I am trying to make some modifications to. I have given it softer shocks and I am wondering if I can put a winch on it without major difficulty. The guy at our local hobby shop reccomended you. He said something about making a servo that can turn more than 60 degrees. Is this easy to do? I am a newbie in the R/C world so if someone could give me step by step insruction on how to do this. I also could use a low speed high torque motor that some one could reccomend to me. It would be great if you could also give me some advice on what else to do to it. So far I have given it weaker springs and removed the sliders because I was constantly getting hung up. It is now half taken apart because I wiring the lights so they work.
Thanks!
