the best deal in rc crawling is going to the classifieds on this site and finding a used rig for sale that costs half of what it took to build it! and you get to help out other rcc members in the process "thumbsup"

YUP! I got a WK with lots of mods for cheap... I do have a few things I need to do to it to make it what "I" want, but other than that, it was a great deal, and crawls nicely.

the ax10 artr kit

Scottish 02-09-2009 11:44 AM

to get into the sport new i would say axial artr. you can always find some awesome deals used though if you look long enough

Timmahh 02-09-2009 12:45 PM

atm, the axial artr is the best bang for your buck. its pretty comp worthy with some free mods and cheap upgrades.

the venom looks ok but im worried bout the cable lockouts. they ll hange up, stretch and need continuous maintenance i think.

if you can wait a month the new Losi 2.2 unit should be out (slated to drop around mid march i think) now that rig has some out of the box potential from the get go.
