first choose "lipo" at the top... then set your voltage. 3 cell lipo = 11.1v... then set your mah to 1200.. your batt is 1250 but the Ice only increases/decreases Mah in steps of 100.. (1300 may be ok not sure).. hold down big button till it beeps once.. then hold it down till it beeps again.. and now its charging.. you should be able to see the time in seconds its been chargin; plus the mah put in the pack ;plus the present voltage of the pack..

you want to set min. voltage for the cells as well at like 3.2 volts per cell

my Ice is like "second nature" for me now.. i may of missed something.. other peeps feel free to correct me!!!

Thats correct but Dont forget you should have some way to balance the lipo. (Blinky balancer, or balance charge adapter of some kind.)

It plugs into the little plug that has 4 wires and balance's the cells as its charged. you can also use it to make sure the voltage isnt to low in the pack.
