I have to second this idea since you have a lot of other fabbing to do to get rolling. You could mount all your parts on a torsion chassis to crawl around while you fab up your final chassis, links, shocks and other misc mounts.

Good luck.

Does anyone else feel that this build isn't happening? I'm not trying to start any BS but after reading the thread I feel like this is a trolling thread. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

I know you guys are thinking "theres no way this will ever happen if its been this long and he still doesnt have pics" but I never expected to jump out there and throw one together in a week. This will take lots of time. I'm just kinda takin it easy...and when i have something worth showing off i will. I'm not gonna take a pic of some rough alum chassis plates lol. Let me get the chassis together and such and ill post pics. Tonights prom so that marks today off the build list. I'm going in this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EllTOhLhYao

The thing that me thinking was the 4 star rating on a 5 page thread with no useful information in it. Not only that but there have been a lot of posts praising how cool this thread is.
All I see is a person pretty much "thinking out loud" about their plans for what could turn out to be a pretty cool build.

I skimmed this all thinking there would be a start to a home made rig. I am let down by the immense amount of fail. This thread sucks.

Man you guys are brutal. And who gives a shit about wearing a ring on his ring finger? WTF? It's a ring, on a ring finger, nothing else. It doesn't mean shit, especially on his right hand. He's 16 with a hot prom date. A crawler would be the last thing on my mind

Cut him some slack. He came here looking for information and advice. Rome wasn't built overnight.
