Classifieds??

So before I purchase, can I ask - how active can the classified section be these days? Because from what I can tell, the forum as a whole has become a lot less active over the past several years and participation has slowed down to a noticable degree. This is not me trying to be negative, I'm just trying to gauge if the value is still there.

Items are sold day in and day out in the Classifieds here.

I myself have bought roughly something each month for the last 6 months.

You don't HAVE to be a paid member of the forum to use the section.

I also buy quite a bit out of the classifieds. I like that there’s a few guys here that still sell only here and not on f**ebook. I’ve got some pretty sick rigs from the one and only distinctive pd this year.. and had the opportunity to pick up others

The other way around it is pay the $20 to become a contributor. Helps the site and you don’t have to wait. The other thing is, they see when you try to make all 30 of your posts in one day. They want to see you contribute. The $20 is an easy way around

I've been on over 30 days with over 30 post and still no classifieds. I am a good buyer but can figure out the riddle without just paying for the right to use it. I would buy the subscription but don't if it is worth it for me.

our mods are on vacation lol ok maybe not but you have to contact them the system this forum runs on is from 1963 it wont notify them by its self

The forum software is very very out of date, its also inst instantaneous the second youre here 30 days and hit 30 posts... it takes a few days sometimes to recycle through. If youre having a problem send me a PM...


OR...if people want this site to carry on in any capacity a star purchase these days goes a long way...

Nope, THX said he no longer has the ability to help after the "restructure" when he could easily resolve issues like this.

1BadJeepBruiser said he doesn't have the ability to do it either.

I can try eric, but I'm going to assume the same thing....will give it a shot.

scalebuildersguild is a good one if you're into scale, and there are a ton of groups on FB that are quite active.
