Good afternoon everyone! I just registered, I want to purchase a green star. But I do not have PayPal. Could someone explain how do I get PayPal? And also just to clarify? I will be able to browse the classified section after I purchase the green star? Absolutely look forward to being a part of this forum!!!

I have purchased a green star and can browse through the classified section but can't seem to reply to a post. Can someone please tell me how to do this? When I click on the reply to post button it says that I don't have access to that option.
