it's 2wd, with indy front. not really crawler material. if you put a 7-cell Firebird pack in it, though, it's a hell of a ot of fun

As i said based on loose calculations. Un fortunatly the actual one is 160$ aus oh well just gotta save a bit longer.
But you pay for crawler material.
The actual one is made by a-tech and is a leo x 1/20 scale monster truck.

Default live axle

is the rear on the mini mauler a 'proper' live axle or one of those up and down toyish things or does it have no rear suspension

I used to sell those at my shop. Great for flat stuff but if you want a crawler, stay away from them.

They are fun little trucks and nearly indestructable but are only 2WD and have about a half inch of center clearance. Put a set af bearings in them and an upgrade motor and they're a lot of fun.

I watched the vid on the hobbyzone site. Thought it was pretty good till i saw a MM in real life. The jumps must be tiny.
With a mamba brushless it could be quite fun .
Bway a Mamba ran 72 mph in a 1/10th dragster.
