Fixed Rear Hub vs Lock out Rear hub for MRC

Hi all, Here are my noob Questions???

Losi offers a fixed alum rear hub and HR(I think) offers alum rear lock out hubs. Is the lock out hubs actually going to give the ability to lock out the rear end and if so what is that actually going to do for me.

NO DIG, But waiting and this is all on a Losi Mini-Rock Crawler.....

Also, has any one tried the integy HD driveshafts or the HR HD drive shafts??? HR's are enclosed so dirt and stuff shouldn't be able to get into the slide area and bind it up or is that a wrong ASSumption!!!!

Which one would be better is basically what I am getting at!!!!!

I'd go with the losi's all the way. They are much higherclearance, and with the included axle shafts a bulletproof setup.
