My nylint has the stock tires is there any way to mod them so that they can get more traction in the dirt? Or should i should i just get a new set if so what kind would you suggest? Thanks for the help

you can cut up the stock tires (remove certain parts of the tread) but it tends to be hit or miss. Best bet, buy another set.

I personally like the pro-line G8 flat irons.

I could be wrong here but I don't think 1.9 or 2.2 tires will fit his rig with the stock wheels? Isn't his wheels larger in the back and smaller in the front? Your rig is fine for bashing but you need to upgrade to at least a Axial or the like.....

Correct. The Wheels are smaller dia in the Front. There is a Mod on here somewhere. Where a guy made Maxx Size Tires fit pretty easy. The Nylints have weak steering. So the key is to get something light weight and Skinny. Maybe Cut narrow up some Maxx Mashers. Rc4wd also makes an adpater to fit different wheels.

I also agree on moving up to Hobby Grade Crawlers. Ax-10 would be a Great Starting point.
