Hi what would be the easiest and best way to bend your own links?

a tube bender would be the best, but if they are the ax-10 aluminum ones, you can just put them in a Vice and bend them with your hand or a rubber mallet. |

I run/bend delrin links. 1. I built a jig so that all of my links are consistent in terms of bend location. 2. I heat the bend location with a butane torch....moving fast on the material so as not to scorch/melt the material. 3. Bend to the set angle on the jig. 4. Wait a minute for it to cool. 5. Remove from jig. |
