awesome dude i cant wait to see. my uncle runs and operates solo, a welding business straight axle swaps, exo-cages and 4x4 stuff etc.. and he makes his own tuber chassis's for his crawlers and his super. so im gonna be going to his shop and have to help me build a more "like-able" chassis, this one was store bought and sadly already on when i got the crawler, its ugly as hell |

thats not good to not like your baby!!!! parts that you dont like on it just chop off and make your own! for example, the bumper, make a more rounded one, i dont like skinny chassis, like the warthog, ugly as s#@t!!!! i will have some pics up in a little of what im doing, and then going to chop up. its a little more scale ''looking''. but hopefully will look better. hahaha i didnt say i didnt love my baby i just think its an ugly duckling. and YES a Warthog, thats the ugly name i was looking for when i could'nt figure out what this chassis looked like. as far as the front bumped i decided to try to make it a scale looking "push bumper", same in the rear. i want to give it the crawler buggy look when you see the chassis.a crawler buggy look as in a 1:1 scale buggy:-P

here is the tuber, it was made just wide for it, not my rig but im helping make it look and mount better, just need to cut it down on the sides and make some brackets for the shocks, wishbone, links, and skid plate, need some more tube to make it go down lower to the skid plate area, and need to make the brackets. |
