Default new crawler just got ?

i bought the losi 1;18 sclae just to see if i liked it and it was rtr anyways so it was worth it i went and watched the comp at fort phenix in newbedford and i messed around with my car and i was just wondering wat the best tires are and foam i should use and how to make the thing crawl a little better any info would help me mods crawling info anything thanks alot for all your future help

For longevity I would put some metal lockers in the axles and the transmission. Also I myself like the Proline FlatIrons. You might mess with the suspension a little and maybe pick up some nicer shocks to help with dampning. Try adding a little weight to the wheels so you can get a better footprint on the rocks. HTH.

thanks alot what are the proline flar irons thoe i dont no what that is and what is the best to run for tires and foam

I like the FlatIrons as well and agree that weight in the tires and shocks help with getting a better footprint. A little trick I did was to flip my shocks upside down so that the weight of the shock body is lower which makes the less top heavy. Good luck

ok thanks im gonna order some tires and shocks and stuff i allso see that alot of ppl relocat the electroic and stuff do i buy a plat or somthing to move the esc and recever and battery so it dosent flip as easy

Check the Losi MRC thread. Lots of free mods to be done. It will take some digging to find all of them but they are in there.
