| Can I get my Futaba 3PM 3rd channel to work a servo to toggle my light switch?
First off, I would like to thank this everybody for the wealth of knowledge I have gained from this forum. You guys rock So can I work my 3rd channel to turn on my lights? Thanks! Jedi |

why do you need a servo? I have that same radio and my lighting was plugged directly into the 3rd channel of the rx. no servo needed. yes it works and thats all you need to do. |

Thanks for the reply pantablo, i did not know that this was possible. Are you using a special cable to plug into channel 3? Im using the tamiya light kit (TLU 01) and i'm not sure if it comes with that. I wanted a servo so I can use it to mechanicaly toggle the TLU switch. Looks like your is a better (cleaner) approach. Can you switch it on by remote too?
