Default FXR Capacitor

How important is the capacitor on the FXR ESC?

I broke a leg on mine yesterday and I have it somewhat soldered back together; should I get a new one or just see how this one goes for bit?

Thanks all.

Thanks.
I just went out and bought a couple of medical grade 16v 330uF caps and I will install a new one tonight.

also be sure to get the right cap.
If you get a bigger one, it shouldnt be a problem, but a smaller one can spell disaster
