Default scaler newb questions

Im new to scaleing . I made a scaler from a losi mrc just for fun, no comps. I was wondering what GTG events are? and if my scaler could enter one . I have two frame rails bolted to the twin vertical plates . My shocks are mounted to the frame rails . Are bent lower links allowed? I have a junk body on it for now it fits good looks scale. (stampede 1/10 on a 1/18 crawler) not bad fit needed to cut 1/2 inch off the bed . but i am buying the proline RECON 1/10 will fit perfect on my crawler and i can make it look scale realy ez . Any info on if you can use a bolt on a frame to a tvp chassis would be most helpfull THANKS .

GTG stands for get togethers, usually a group of more than 1 person, out having fun crawling together.

There shouldn't be any specific specs for scalers at GTG. But some specs are mandatory for certain Scalers events. Check and see if there is a local club around your area, and hit them up for some advice or GTG's. Hope this helps.... now go have some fun....
