Should I Trade?

I'm very new to this RC hobby (Don't even have a crawler yet!). I have a guy wanting to trade me his Axial 10 Scorpion with upgrades. I would be trading my perfect condition Xbox 360 for his Axial 10 Scorpion. I really have no idea what his RC is worth and would love for some help! Here is what he said he has.......

He said he would also throw in a brand new Lipo battery. I would be trading my Xbox 360 w/ 20gb hard drive, 2 wireless controllers, 1 charge n' play kit, and 2 games for it. Should I trade him? Would it be a good trade? what is everything he has worth? I really don't know anything, and I really want to get into this Rc Rock crawling hobby! So please help out with any info u have! Thanks!
