Default getting back in

selling my 1/8 buggy to get back into crawling. I have not been following closely, but where do I start. last rig I had was a tcs gopher, with traxxas big bore, built tlt axles, og revoler powere r2. budget is tight, using oney from buggy to start. I have mixed ideas about the venom. losi also destroys budget, and axial is in the middle. any help is appreciated

the classifieds are explained in that link. out of the crawlers you listed, i would suggest the venom creeper. one of my friends has one and he's had great luck with it. although it's new and doesn't have a good aftermarket following, i like my redcat RS10 also. i would suggest it if your budget is low and you just want something to bash around the backyard with. from what i hear it's not a good comp rig, though i don't plan to comp with mine. good luck

Check out the ckrc stage two kit for the venum it helps get it more comp ready. I had one before my losi and minus changing the tires out was a very solid rig. Just lock the diffs from the start and don't mess with the remote lock. Hope vthat helps.
