Default How to get the battery out of a rs10?

Hey I just bought a 7.2 3800mah battery upgrade for my rs10,but i don't know how to get the battery out of the battery tray. I know this is kind of of a dumb question but I cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

haha Yeah, I had a tough time with that too at first. All you have to do is squeeze the crazy shaped wire at the front of the battery compartment together in the middle part where it's parallel. The wires will come out of the sides of the skid at the bottom. Let me know if you need any further help. Oh, and there's a post I made about RS10's that is starting to gather some good info about possible upgrades and whatnot.

Redcat RS10 revisited

There's the link for it. Post up there with any questions or suggestions you have.

Where did you get the battery from? My friend bought an RS-10 and we were both looking around for a battery that would fit in the compartment there. So far all we have seen are stick packs.

I got my battery from cheapbatterypacks.com. You can use the custom pack builder to get a brick pack that works with the RS10.
