| Mamba Sport Brushless system
I recently picked up a new mamba sport system and installed it in my highlift. Seems to work pretty good but i dont have very long run times. Im running Nicd batteries so im thinking thats why. I see alot of people run Lipos with there brushless systems, and it seems like they get alot more run time and power out of it. Im just afraid of the Lipo explosions. What would you guys recommend for a good Lipo and charger, and whatever else i would need to run them. I cant spend awhole lot of money but i need to update off these Nicds. Thanks for any help |

for a charger look on ebay for a imax b6 charger. had mine for a few months now and works perfect and only $40. As for batteries get the new Hyperion gen 3 lipos, not the cheapest but the best and charge in 10 minutes

alright, ill look and see if i can find one. And someone told me you have to "balance" the pack after a couple of chargers. How do you manage to do that?

I balance every time I charge. Use a balancer ( I have a common sense rc balance pro) you just plug it in the balance plugs and it starts balancing. Its best if you balance while you charge though.. |
