Default Help with 1.9 JK Wrangler build

Ok, was lucky enough to get one of the last New Bright JK's at Wal-Mart for $20.00, now I need to build this. I'm using the Axial scale frame, with Axial axles. I want to run the motor up front with the steering servo and have a transfer case in the middle of the frame to mimic the full scale Jeep. I have an HPI gear reduction box and was thinking of using a Integy T11 motor and bolting the HPI box to the back and using this as my transmission, then using a drive shaft from this to the transfer case. The Tamiya 3 speed transmisions are cool but I don't have a budget for that, plus I would like to build a dummy engine around the motor for scale looks.

What do you think? Any advice would be great. Also suggestions for transfer cases would be great too.

Thanks!

I really like the HPI GRU. Let me know if you need any help. I don't mind helping or opening up my shop for scaletastic building.
