can an scx10 tranny hold up to the power of a waterproof vxl.

if it doesn't metal gears and outputs will. i've been thinking waterproof rock racer to play on the rocks in the river out back and the vxl sounds great. i'm sure the drag and reverse aren't perfect for crawling but great for bashing.

It can run a CC 4600kv sidwinder combo. I did it for like 2 weeks, but i needed a tranny case...  |

is there any thing else i can do other than metal gears,outputs, and a new tranny case.
