Default Another "droop" question.

I'm in the process of setting up my new Edge chassis. I'm switching the stock AX-10 shocks to droop set up and need some advice. What would be a good weight oil to start with. I've got some 60 wt. but figured I'd ask the experts first so any advice is appreciated.

Are you going to run internal springs or just oil?
