| HOT-Racing Parts Losi MRC
Any concerns with the parts from HR for the MRC. I should of asked earlier but got caught up in e bay looking at pages of different parts. I just ordered a bunch of there parts. I have been using there bent lower links for a week but thats not a part that really sees much stress. I have ordered the c hubs, front nuckle, axle lock out parts and all transmission parts and gear cover in polished aluminum. Mostly for the looks as I could of bought most of those parts in black metal from other places. http://www.hot-racing.com/?c=444 Here is what im working with right now |

nice wheels! and nice photochopped image! My only experience with HR is my aluminum knuckles on my mini Erevo, they're top notch and plenty strong. Good luck with that ebay thing! PS. on the photoshop thing... the rocks in the background are blurry, yet their lines with the (photoshopped) sky are sharp. Try blurring the sky and the rock/skyline, as the crawler is the object in focus, and you can't have an object up close and far away (clouds) in focus at the same time, looks funny. expect cheap soft aluminium that looks like it was milled by a beaver, but it will be shiny if you polish it and since it's so soft it polishes real easy.

What are the other brands, ive seen some with no name that were a dull finish, and integy but I know no one likes them for at least traxxas parts, not sure if there okay for the MRC. Im not planning on changing the motor so hopefully they hold up to the stock motor

Most of the upgraded aluminum on my MRC Rockshow is Hotracing stuff- better than Integy, so the stereotype suggests. I've had no problems so far.

I dont know why people knock Integy so much. I am extremely impressed with their parts. I mean, my 5 year old has a hard time squeezing the trigger and turning the wheel on the remote yet these child laborers at the factory can operate a lathe and a mill and pump out a hundred plus parts a day. Thats impressive. So for parts made by children, they are really pretty good.
