8/32 all thread and tubing with revo ends are the best ace has good stuff

8/32 allthread with revo ends and 1/4 inch stainless tube. i have these links on my swx and it slides really good over the rocks. much easier than the aluminum

and what is delrin made out of ????????????

If you have a LHS (local hobby store) try there. If not, you can order delrin from online, from a number of places - some vendors here sell delrin (such as RCBros) and as already suggested some vendors will make links for you.

You'll need the rod material (1/4" diameter is popular), set screws (3mm), and rod ends (that accept 3mm set screws) with pivot balls.

"Delrin" is actually DuPont's name-brand material for "polyacetal" or "polyformaldehyde" thermoplastic. People call it 'delrin' generically, just as people use "Kleenex" to refer to tissue in general.

I just made 3 complete sets of delrin links.......super easy to work with. I ordered my delrin from my local fastenal for $1 per foot....comes in natural only but not to bad to dye black. My brother in law bought black delrin off ebay for $1.50 a foot so thats always an option too.
