The best buy would be Ko ProPo EX 5UR it comes with two rx's, next would be the Futaba and then Specktrum based on value. All of these will do a dig, it's based on what you like and cost. If you need to see the Ko's manual PM me.

Best thing to do with any purchase, look at them, compare the ease of usage, weight, feel, ect.... If you check around locally you can look at and possibly use any of the radios out there for a test run.

dx3r only uses 4 AA and the 3pmx uses 8 so the spektrum is a bit lighter. I recently ordered the 3pm-x due to the great reviews on thie forum. I wish I could give you some first hand knowledge but I dont have it yet. I went with the futaba also because of it's similar features to the spektrum but the cheaper price tag... Either one should suite your needs just fine for your dig setup. Both radios with the option for the 3rd channel being switched right by your thumb, so it's right there whenever you need it.

| The 3pm x is cheaper right off and will never lose bind. Plus it has more mixing and switch options. The only thing the dx3r has on it is girlly man arms/wrists can't hold it longer. |

Congrats on the radio, but I wasn't refferring to Andy. Alot of the guys around here run DX3R's, Futaba, and Airtronics, (sorry no KO's currently, that I've heard of.)
