Default Another CCBEC question

I have the FXR esc w/55t motor, cs-170 servo and I am going to be using 3s batteries. I picked up the CCBEC and I noticed it comes preset at 5.1v's. I need 6v to power my servo, right? Do I have to buy the Castle link just to do that?

Yes you need a castle link to program it, but your LHS might do it for free..

You dont HAVE to have 6 volts either, its just what the ratings are at for the servo. It will be a little slower and a little less torque at 5.1v.

I hope someone has one at the LHS. I would much rather have all the torque I can get out of my servo.
