Default Hey quick question from a noob

Hey guys i just got into rc crawlers about a week ago and i was wondering what a droop setup is and how to do it on a losi mini crawler?
Im pretty sure its when you lower ur truck to the max, but how do i do it and is it revesable if i wanna compare before and after? thanks for the feedback!

just remove the springs. a lot of guys also add thicker shock weight.

Droop is when you set your springs to pull the shock together as opposed to push it apart. It works only with internal springs. You pull the shock apart and put the spring under the plunger (piston parts) as opposed to over where it is now. You can imitate this with heavy oil but you get the same movement in both directions. One trick is to run a compression (external) and rebound spring (internal). Which way to go depends on where all the weight is... and a LOT of experimenting. Other people can "suggest" but in the end it comes down to where you drive, where you want the wheels, and where the weight is.

I tried it with 50 weighted oil and no springs, but idk... i like it with the springs better haha just my preferance.
